Patch Version 3.1.3 comes to RTK
Information
Today we gladly announce that we will support 3.1.3 in a matter of hours; the servers are currently being updated and this post will be updated to reflect updates as we go along. As for now, feel free to download the patches / upgrade your clients to 3.1.3.

All realms up.
Firstly, some clarifications:
- Ulduar - no, not yet.
- Swimming mounts - yes.
- Dual Spec - not yet.
- New items/spells/misc = some
- Updated scripts/loot/random stuff = tons
See Below for HTTP download links if you do not wish to autopatch. If you choose to use the Blizzard downloader, be sure to stop at 3.1.3.
